A therapeutic space for what feels difficult to hold alone *

Hi, I’m glad you came.

I understand talking about our experience and emotions can be daunting. Therefore, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for you to be heard, seen, and embraced as who you are and what you need.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

A Space to Be Seen and Heard

Our session is about offering a space where you do not have to manage things on your own. It is a place to be met with care, curiosity, and respect, where your experiences can be spoken about and held within a supportive relationship.

Through being heard and understood, often over time, new ways of relating to yourself and others can begin to emerge. Therapy isn’t about finding a quick fix, but about being accompanied as you make sense of what you are carrying and find what feels possible for you.

About Me

I believe that healing begins when you feel truly met with care. As a counselor, I offer a warm, gentle presence and a commitment to creating a space where you can speak openly — without the fear of judgment.

Whether we are exploring what sits on the surface or gently uncovering the deeper patterns beneath, I work at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is rooted in person-centered and psychodynamic values, meaning we work collaboratively to understand your unique experiences and what truly matters to you.

I practice in a trauma-informed way and a deep sensitivity to power, culture, and diversity. Originally from Taiwan, I offer sessions in both English and Mandarin. I welcome adults, children, and young people from all backgrounds.

My goal is very simple: to help you feel understood and respected as we find your way forward, together.
