I’m a warm, gentle, and ethically grounded counsellor with experience working with adults, children, and young people.
I work relationally, with a strong emphasis on active listening, empathy, and sensitivity to power and diversity.
I am committed to offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients from all backgrounds can feel heard, respected, and supported in finding their own way forward.

You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Within a trusting therapeutic relationship, I work alongside you to make sense of your experience, draw on your own strengths, and move toward greater clarity, emotional well-being, change and growth.
